Scan to BIM is a process of creating a digital representation of a physical space or site based on a point cloud generated by stitching 3D laser scan files. If the 3D scan is done by professionals, you will get an accurate model of the interior or exterior space.

Scope of work
It’s a residential project in the New York USA. In this project, our main concern was Design documentations & Construction Documentations sets (cd sets) for the approvals/permit sets (permit sets in us) with authority. We did the complete sheets, sheets setups, annotations, views, detailing, elevations, sections, plans, etc as per the client requirements.
Interior and Outdoor design of a single family house, located in Spain.
Ground Floor includes Living room, dinning area and open concept Kitchen,
First Floor : 3 Bedroom, Service area and a storage under the stairs.
